In the April of 1995, some NGOs of Bahia signed a collective agreement
for the creation of a Point of Presence (POP) in the Internet
joined to Rede Bahia, the principal mover of the initiative.

We want to make of this site Web an open space for
the exchange of information and documentation
concerning the activities of our NGOs.
