| THE EDUCATIONAL DIMENSION An important referral center for community education in Salvador, BAGUNÇAÇO has contracts with CEFET (Federal Center of Technological Education), CEAO (Center of Afro-Oriental Studies) and UFBA (Federal University of Bahia), which allow the young band members to take courses, including in computers and electronics. Educating and using music as a liberating force, they educate youth on how to exercise their citizenship rights. |
